"Black Canyon National Park - Gunnison, CO" Watercolour Series

This project was inspired by one of my favourite spots in Colorado. I painted this series while I was in College and found myself missing Colorado, where I grew up. I love art that is tactile, and thus, each piece in this series has an added tactile touch of embroidery, as a way to reach into the painting and transport the audience into that my memory of Gunnison.
